Office-based personnel answer the phone, often talking customers through ‘easy fixes’ to avoid a call-out. A FREE boiler health check to all residents, which is an honest assessment of its condition, performance and energy efficiency is on offer as are payment options including 10-year finance, and ‘buy now and pay later.’ Consumers can get further peace of mind with warranties of five, seven and 10-year according to boiler type. GOS have many domestic and commercial clients in the Ashton, Ingol and Lea area. Their domestic boiler scheme is popular. Starting from as little as £12.95 per month, it provides peace of mind for homeowners, who know they are covered if a problem occurs at any time of day or night.
The business, started by Peter’s father Alan, is in its 53rd year. Peter’s wife Janet, son Alex, brother and nephew work in the firm, which retains Alan’s founding principles of service, quality and honesty.
