Both men are Lancashire-born and bred. Ashley, who has been with Polygon Financial Ltd since 2015 is a member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance and is level 4 diploma qualified. He entered financial services in 2001 after leaving college where he studied business, and has held a variety of roles, many within the independent advice market, Paul, also holding a Level 4 Diploma and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, started his career in 1998, joining Polygon in 2007. Both are committed family men, with five children between them, and are particularly aware of financial planning for families.
