Transforming conservatories throughout Lancashire, James Casby (centre) is the man behind The Tiled Conservatory Division. “We have now completed over 100 conservatories and we’re really only just getting started,” shared James.
Brought up in Preston, attending St Cuthbert Main (Our Lady’s) school, ‘Jimmy’ – as his friends know him – was previously a welder at British Nuclear Fuels. In 2015, he joined Supalite. The brand’s website says it supplies a “desirable, solid roof which fits onto the existing conservatory window frame, and eliminates the dramatic changes in temperature seen in traditional conservatories.”
The brand has only been around since 2012 but has seen dramatic growth in the last decade. James’ role involved training installation teams across the UK. Six years later, he decided it was time to put all the experience and knowledge to good use back in Lancashire. The experienced ex-welder now has taken on three installers, plus a plasterer and an electrician, to complete his team.
Giving new life to both conservatories and orangeries, James and his team will explain the process, give you an accurate time-frame for jobs to be completed, along with a reliable quote, leaving your property looking just as tidy afterwards as it was beforehand. “We will try and stay out of the way as much as possible and clean up after ourselves too,” James says. “The way it should be!”
