For 25 years Broadway Pantry. situated in the heart of Fulwood, have supplied fresh lunches, cakes and much more – and there’s no sign of them slowing down! They are known for their meaty hotpots – one part of their outside catering, where they cater for 10–200 people at a variety of events, for all dietary needs. A wide menu has hot and cold food, with favourites including hot pot, butter pies, lasagne, buffets and much more. Co-owners Alison and daughter Emily (both pictured) run the popular sandwich shop, supported by their loyal team. Using local ingredients, they sell tempting home-made food such as traybakes, gingerbread people and quiche. They make a daily special, fresh salad boxes, soup, also selling jacket potatoes and pies, even fresh bread.
