Oli has advertised with Home Handbook in many area editions since 2014; here he tells why:

Up to 90% of my work now comes from Home Handbook with too many jobs to count. Making the decision to join in 2014 has meant I can often get 10 calls a week, even 20 during delivery week, from your loyal readers. it seems to have hit a winning formula with our customers, which is why I happily pay to go in as many editions as I can.

Listings

Each  business promotes its service to the home with an editorial listing, which is a highly personalised way to tell other people about you, your experience and your service – complete with a photo.

A listing aims to introduce a service provider before the person crosses a householder’s doorstep.

Listings come in three forms:

  • A quarter page listing with a picture
  • A half page listing with more editorial and a bigger picture
  • A full page bespoke listing which can carry editorial, up to three pictures, a list of services and a testimonial

Listings are done by experienced journalists who can portray your business in a lively and concise manner.

All listings and photographs have the option of being transferred to the www.homehandbooks.co.uk website.

Home Handbook also carries a more limited number of full-page and half-page display adverts for businesses which do not visit the home. Surrounded by editorial, these adverts stand out, giving extra value to the advertiser.

They can be designed by our experienced graphic designers if clients do not have pre-designed adverts.

All adverts and listings are in a handbook designed to last for a year because of the usefulness of information in it.

Home Handbooks, in print and on the web, charge reasonable prices, appropriate to small businesses.
