Need more space? Then John Mee at Another Level, has the answer!
Extensions do not have to take up garden or driveway space, with more and more people looking up, not out. “Lofts are often simply left empty or used for storage” said John, 40 (second left). “These spaces have so much potential and we are here to help you use it.” Preston-born, he grew up in Tanterton, attending Tulketh High School. Upon leaving education he moved to Middlesborough, where he worked on lofts for nearly four years, before movng back home to gain further experience.
Another Level Loft Conversions was formed in 2007, with John putting his now diverse range of skills to use by starting his own company. John now has four vans and eight staff who have been added this family business over the last 15 years and his partner Kate is a vital piece in the jigsaw, dealing with the admin and enquiry side of the business. Much of John’s knowledge comes from his father-in-law who has over 35 years in the industry.
Currently completing conversions in Fulwood and Penwortham, on Kings Drive and Oak Avenue, John says that “there is no need for the customer to move out,” showing how little disruption there can be. The company name is well known across the North West with much work coming from Manchester. “We do the job right and you don’t see many others on similar sites who do what we do, as well as we do it,” said John. He is now looking to focus his work more locally, enabling him to see more of his family. John will answer any questions if you get in touch, even providing a free survey at your home. Potential uses for loft spaces include: offices, playrooms, bedrooms and lounges.
