This friendly appliance shop has stayed busy all these years – because it really cares. A good reputation means many people turn to owner Graham Cropper knowing they will get honest, expert help on all things electrical. Graham (second left) and his son Wayne (right) are proud of the personal service their shop has given for sales and repairs of almost any home appliance for over 50 years.
They are also good value – Graham is a member of the Euronics buying group of more than 500 independent retailers, giving a huge range of products at prices that more than compete with the big chains. And you can buy online – Ashton Domestics will deliver, install, service and repair. Graham knows his job, having been at the store since he was 17. Shop manager Oliver Parillon (second right) is not far behind with over 40 years.
Wayne works on sales and installation with Andy Mault (centre), there for 22 years. With big showrooms upstairs and down, including built-in appliances, the range is huge. From washing machines and dishwashers to cookers (gas and electric), ovens, hobs, microwaves, toasters, irons, kettles, vacuums and more. All makes are sold, including Bosch, Neff, Blomberg and many more.
Graham has five staff and repairs can be done to almost any appliance, including home visits.
