Bathroom installer Jason Goodwill prides himself on being a perfectionist. It shows in the small details – such as a little-used technique to minimise sealant so it looks neater and lasts longer.
You’ll be pushed to find even a small fault in one of his bathrooms – and it’s likely you’ll be asking him back in 20 years! The ex-Broughton High School pupil is finding that after 34 years in the job, he’s re-doing bathrooms he originally did working with his father Norman. “A bathroom lifespan is 20
years,” he says, “so I am actually being asked back by old customers.”
Jason, 50, who has installed more than 370 bathrooms all over Preston, offers a full domestic bathroom installation service, from the smallest understair cloakroom to wetrooms, en-suites and large four-piece bathrooms. He does all the work – plumbing, joinery, electrics, plastering, tiling and even building if a wall has to come down to create a bigger bathroom.
He can handle all kinds of materials, from stone, marble and glass through to porcelain and ceramics. He will even accompany customers to showrooms to advise on choosing sanitary ware. Jason aims to be clean and tidy, adding: “I do the best job I can do and every customer is delighted with the transformation.”
