Estate Agent Lucy Prescott will be the only person you deal with throughout the whole
process of selling or letting your house.
Friendly Lucy, who has always called Preston her home, is proud to offer a personalised, professional experience aimed at making the whole process drastically less stressful. From first contact to last she does it all! You will arrange your valuation through Lucy, she will attend and complete the valuation, placing it on the market for you and also be available to take care of any viewings. “In dealing with high street agents I’ve realised that not all agents understand the customer’s needs and expectations. I recognised a gap in the market for my personal, one-to-one service,” Lucy says.
The former Archbishop Temple School and Lancaster Girls Grammar pupil, brings a lot of experience in project and client account management. She also holds a 1st class degree in Business Studies. Having a decade of experience within the property sector is a huge benefit to Lucy and all future Preston clients.
Lucy, 40, who still volunteers some of her time listening to young readers at a local Primary School, is passionate about providing the service which she felt she did not receive when moving house. “It is a costly process and with all the current, additional strains on household expenses, I am here to take any worry or stress onto my shoulders, so you don’t need to,” says Lucy. “I am friendly, enthusiastic, approachable and a problem solver.”
The Good Estate Agent, set up 18 years ago, is a family-run company, something which Lucy values. “I am a local estate agent, supported wonderfully by a trusted, national name,” she says. “My personal ethos matches the company’s and, to make things even better, my selling fees are extremely competitive!”
Lucy, living just south of Garstang, is a mother of twochildren, aged seven and five. She wants all to know that she is the person whom many homeowners are seeking to walk them through what can be a tough process – with the knowledge and passion to make her perfect for the job.
Give Lucy a call or email to have a chat, ask any questions you may have, or simply to book in a valuation – you won’t regret it.
