Lockdowns have highlighted the benefits of life outdoors – and Paul Latus is the man to help.
Working for LeeuPVC, he’ll visit your home and give you expert advice on how you can adapt your outdoor space for maximum comfort – come rain or shine.
Covid has accelerated the trend for stylish and durable outdoor products which need little or no maintenance – such as permanent canopies, carports and verandas.
Paul, 64, whose work experience includes contracts manager at Carefoots of Longridge and running his own Preston-based national sewage and drainage company brings a highly professional approach.
“I will come and explain what we do and offer the right package for the customer,” he says. “They are beautiful, bespoke products, made by the factory in Leicester to your requirements. Without building a conservatory, you are bringing the outside inside and utilising your space better – your patio can be used whatever the weather.
LeeuPVC are a registered installer for Millwood Group products.
Owner Mark Lee said: “We have a system suitable for any sun, shade or weather protection area that our customer may require.
Paul grew up in Preston and is very knowledgeable about what we sell and is always on hand to give excellent advice on which system would most suit your needs, as well as offering a superb installation service. “We have a vast choice of styles, colours and designs with optional extras including heating, lighting and even music systems.”
Mark realised few such products were available locally when he could not find a carport he liked for his new house. Products are made of lightweight aluminium, with a choice of glass or polycarbonate roof, all low-maintenance – “that’s what people want now, with the UK weather.”
They use the latest technology and come in various styles from modern and contemporary to traditional Victorian.
Lee-uPVC supplies commercial versions for bars and restaurants.
